Child Protection Policy
Protecting children is not an administrative item for us — it is the heart of our mission. This policy defines the obligations of the organization and everyone working with it toward children's safety and dignity.
Core principles
The best interests of the child come first in every decision and activity. Every child is treated with respect and dignity without discrimination, and activities are designed to ensure their physical and psychological safety.
Photos and media content
No photos or videos of children are taken or published without prior written consent from their guardians. Approved photos are used in positive contexts that preserve the child's dignity, and no sensitive identifying data is published.
Staff and volunteers
All staff and volunteers commit to a clear code of conduct when working with children, and those in direct contact undergo appropriate vetting before starting their roles.
Reporting concerns
Anyone with concerns about a child's safety within the organization's activities can report immediately through official communication channels. All reports are handled seriously and in full confidentiality.
Review
This policy is reviewed periodically by the organization's management. (This is an initial draft to be completed and officially approved by management before final publication.)
